The woman said Pawluczuk followed her for 15 miles after she left work on Friday, Shin said. Police arrested Pawluczuk at 10:41 p.m. Friday at a gas station on the 4100 block of North Mannheim Road.

Cook County Judge Jill Cerone Marisie ordered Pawluczuk have no contact with the woman and that he surrender his firearm owner's identification card and any weapons in his possession.

Pawluczuk next appears in court on Aug. 21.
