The 15th annual Mount Prospect Downtown Block Party concluded Saturday with music from a variety of bands, food and beverages, and fun activities.

The event, sponsored by village and by the Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce, was held in the heart of downtown at the intersection of Emerson Street and Busse Avenue.

Free kids' activities include a climbing wall, pony rides, a slide, a mini Ferris wheel, bounce houses, face painting and stilt walkers.
