Round Lake Park holds Summer Festival

The village of Round Lake Park held its Lake Front Summer Festival on Saturday, with plenty of entertainment.

The fest kicked off at 3 p.m. along East Lake Shore Drive. Joe Powers Country Band, Peter and the Versatiles and a DJ provided the musical offerings.

Craft and food vendors, raffles, a beer tent and American Legion Bingo highlighted the fest.

For the kids, there were games, a moon walk, boat rides, a bike rodeo and a police K-9 show.
