Does Herald favor recalling all cars?

The Daily Herald "Other Views - Only in America" pictorial was a very misleading message for its gun control agenda.

The picture of a Pinto car caption read "Recalled after 27 deaths"; the picture of a bottle of Tylenol caption read "Recalled after 7 deaths"; and the picture of a handgun caption read, "Still going strong after 32,000 deaths per year for decades." A clear attack on people's rights under the Second Amendment.

Wikipedia reports that in the United States the average auto deaths per year from 2003-2012 was 38,400. Does the Daily Herald support recalling all automobiles?
