23 apply for associated judge opening

Lake County circuit court officials say 23 people have applied for an associate judge opening. The vacancy is due to the retirement of Associate Judge Joseph R. Waldeck. Applicants are as follows: Nandia P. Black of Kildeer, Rhonda K. Bruno of Mundelein, Michael J. Conway of Lake Villa, David A. DeRose of Lake Villa, Christopher M. Kennedy of Libertyville, Jerald Novak of Long Grove, Paul B. Novak of Gurnee, Ross J. Peters of Deerfield, Hugo M. Chaviano of North Barrington, Walter Diambri of Libertyville, Joann M. Fratianni-Atsaves of Lake Forest, Laura D. Horner of Lindenhurst, Pamela J. Kuzniar of Deerfield, Carlton R. Marcyan of Lake Forest, Steven Platt of Buffalo Grove, Stacey L. Seneczko of Libertyville, Alan J. Spellberg of Highland Park, Miles J. Zaremski of Highland Park, Janelle K. Christensen of Lindenhurst, Irene H. Curran of Libertyville, Stephen M. DeRue of Antioch, Ari P. Fisz of Deerfield and Daniel L. Jasica of Lake Forest. The public may comment by letter on the applicants. Letters should be addressed to the Office of the Chief Judge, Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, IL. 60085-4369. Letters will be accepted until July 28, 2014.
