Bartlett police looking for National Night Out block party hosts

Bartlett police are searching for neighborhoods to host block parties during National Night Out, a popular three-day event in the village raising awareness of crime prevention.

Police and firefighters will visit each neighborhood Saturday, Aug. 2, to pick the winners in a competition for best participation, theme and other categories. The department will present awards at the National Night Out Picnic in the Park at Bartlett Park Tuesday, Aug. 5.
