Social service funds available:
Applications for social service funds from Libertyville Township are available at the township office, 369 Merrill Court, Libertyville. Any interested not-for-profit social service agency can pick up an application or one will be mailed by written request. Applications must be completed by 4 p.m. Aug. 19, to be considered for the 2014-15 funding, Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Call (847) 816-6800.
