Palatine police are investigating a two-car crash that occurred near the intersection of Quentin Road and Colfax Avenue on Thursday morning.

The report on the accident was still being finalized Thursday afternoon, so few details were available. Palatine police said the collision occurred shortly before 9 a.m., and that it happened when one car turned into the path of the other. Both drivers were taken to Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, police said.
