American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Gurnee/Wadsworth is set for 6 p.m. July 12 to 6 a.m. July 13, at Warren Township High School's Almond Road campus track. The world's largest grass-roots fundraising movement, Relay For Life, mobilizes communities throughout the country to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and provide participants with an opportunity to fight back against the disease. Relay has become known for bringing together friends, families, businesses, hospitals, schools and faith-based groups.
