Bridge Development Partners, LLC has chosen PREMIER to carry out the design and construction of their Bridge Point 94 development in Libertyville, Illinois. The project consists of two speculative warehouse and distribution facilities on a 21-acre parcel; Building A will cover 185,670 square feet, Building B, 220,542 square feet.

Both institutional grade buildings are being constructed with load-bearing precast wall panels and glass curtain walls.
