SciTech to open Imagination Playground

Aurora's SciTech Hands On Museum will unveil its newest exhibit, The Imagination Playground, during its Super SciTech Saturday celebration on Saturday, June 28, at 18 W. Benton St.

The exhibit, made possible through the support of The Dunham Fund, will give young explorers a chance to engineer their own play space.

Saturday's event will start with a demonstration by the Fox Valley Orchestra at 11 a.m., followed by a string instrument "petting zoo" where youngsters can try out some instruments. The new exhibit opens at 1 p.m.

Children from the Fox Valley will be admitted free during the event.

The museum's Super Saturdays are held the last Saturday of every month.
