Daily Herald report

Hawthorn Woods village officials said Waste Management is providing residents with trash containers for disposing of fallen branches, tree limbs, and logs from last weekend's storm. They will be at three locations through Monday morning, June 30: in the parking lot at 6760 Lagoon Drive (across from village hall); on Carlisle Road in front of village's Highview Park playground; and in parking lot of village's B & B Park off Equestrian Drive. These trash containers are to be used only for tree debris resulting from the storm. The tree debris should not surpass the top of the container.
