Deerfield Park District offers Sport-Specific Camps

Sport-Specific Camps are available this summer for children ages and older (through eighth grade) from the Deerfield Park District.

These camps, running one week (three to five days) or two weeks in length, are offered as half-day or full-day options, depending upon the sport. Individual and team sports are offered for the following interest areas and vary by age, time and location: tennis, golf, field hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball and football.

Some camps are offered with options for transportation from other Deerfield Park District Summer Camps or from After Summer School Camps.

A Young Sportsters Camp (#434023-Section 01), which is offered at Jewett Park Community Center for children ages 6-10, focuses on the fundamentals of basketball, baseball, kickball, soccer, floor hockey and other sports. Young Sportsters runs from 12:15-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 23-27.
