Round Lake Takes First Place in Memorial Day Lake Forest Challenge Cup
Round Lake takes First Place in the Lake Forest Challenge Cup, in the all day tournament held at Lake Forest HS West Campus during warm weather conditions on Memorial Day after 4 games in the morning, and a Final game vs. Mundelein. This is the second year in a row that a Round Lake team brought home a trophy in this tournament, after winning the Sportsmanship Cup last year. Congrats to the players, parents and Coaches Dave Munsterman, Alfonso Acevedo and trainer Jack Stead for leading the team to the Challenge Cup win for the first time in several years!!!
