Palatine Rotary holding charity casino night June 6

The Rotary Club of Palatine is holding a casino night open to the public beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, June 6 at the newly renovated American Legion Hall, 122 W. Palatine Road in Palatine, to raise funds for Rotary and Rotary Charities.

For a $5 entry fee, participants can play blackjack, and try their luck at the Money Wheel, Texas Hold'Em poker and Over & Under Dice Roll.

A full service bar will be open for the casino night and another full service bar will be open downstairs in the hall's clubroom.

"Our goal is to make these friendly neighborhood games," said Liz Noe, casino night project chairwoman. "We encourage camaraderie between the players as well as with their dealers."
