Physical therapy students intern at Cary Physical Therapy

Two physical therapy students, Brianna DeBiasi from the University of Illinois (UIC) and Peter Batz, attending Northern Illinois University, are currently performing their internships at Cary Physical Therapy. This is a 12-week affiliation which provides them with mentoring and instruction in the practical application of physical therapy skills and training.

Programs in physical therapy are 7 years leading to a graduate degree in a doctorate of physical therapy. Cary Physical Therapy currently partners with four universities in Illinois to allow physical therapy students to gain experience in private practice physical therapy.

"Because of our commitment to the profession as well as our community, we will continue to grow and develop our clinical education program for future physical therapists" says Deb Gulbrandson, owner of Cary Physical Therapy. "Our students rate their experience with us as exceptionally high, providing them with the skills to become the best physical therapists they can be."

We at Cary Physical Therapy are committed to our patients and have been serving the Cary/Fox River Grove community for over 20 years.
