Gurnee police checkpoint results:

Gurnee police and the Lake County Sheriff's Office have results from a Memorial Day weekend roadside safety checkpoint that went from about 10 p.m. May 23 to 3 a.m. May 24. It was held in the 5200 block of Grand Avenue, also known as Route 132. Officials said there were one arrest for driving under the influence, 10 arrests for no valid driver's license, seven arrests for suspended or revoked driver's license and three citations for no seat belt. Other arrests were made and citations issued.
