New Trier ousts Libertyville

New Trier's boys lacrosse team ended Libertyville's season with a 13-10 win Tuesday.

New Trier, which advances to the final four, staged a strong comeback to pull out the victory. The Trevians scored 7 unanswered goals after trailing 6-4 at halftime.

New Trier was paced by Matt Solberg (7 points), Ben Connelly (5 points) and Tyler Kroll (4 points).

Libertyville was led by senior goalie Cole Blazer who stopped 20 shots. Noah Moderwell, Tristan Stelzner and Henry Burns all had 3 points for Libertyville.
