Barrington Students Create Cars That Bugs Would Drive

Barrington, IL-May 16, 2014-Douglas and Janet McAllister, owners of Douglas Automotive, recently announced winners of its sixth annual Elementary School Art Contest. The creepy-crawly theme "Imagine a Car That a Bug Would Drive" attracted over 300 area students, grades 1-5, to compete in this popular spring time contest.

"We have such a great time running this contest every year," said McAllister. "We saw some really imaginative, well-thought out artwork come through from the students this year."

All winners received $50.00 cash prizes. All entries received Culver's gift certificates. Awards were presented to:
