KENOSHA, Wis. -- A Kenosha County father who says his daughter is being bullied by a kindergarten classmate has taken out a restraining order against the 5-year-old.

Metzger says the school should have done something sooner. He says the student stayed in class with his daughter until he got the order.

Kenosha Unified School District spokeswoman Tanya Ruder says there are two sides to every story, but she couldn't talk about specifics.

A hearing on the restraining order is on Tuesday. Metzger says he'll fight to have the student removed from the school.
