The Metra railroad crossing on Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Libertyville will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic from 6 a.m. Saturday, May 17 to the evening of Monday, May 19.

The crossing was closed May 2 to May 7 for an emergency replacement of the crossing, but the road approaches were not pitched at the correct angle, creating a bumpy situation that is being corrected this weekend.
