Libertyville Cooperative Nursery School and local magician Gary Kantor will present a magic show fundraiser for the Whitebread family at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at its North Center, (Trinity Community Church), 1190 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville. Whitebread died in March at age 33 from melanoma. Three children in the family attended the school and his wife, Melissa was on the board of directors. Admission is $5 per person but added donations are welcome. All proceeds will be placed in a memorial fund to benefit the family at Libertyville Bank and Trust, where future donations also can be directed. The not-for-profit cooperative school has been serving families in the Libertyville area since 1945.
