Former NBA player Chris Herren, whose battle with addiction was the subject of the book "Basketball Junkie" and the ESPN Films documentary "Unguarded," will speak at Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The program is called "Chris Herren Unguarded: It's Never Too Late to Follow Your Dreams," and it will take place in the Performing Arts Center. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
