• Steven L. Richardson, 47, of the 10300 block of Oxford Street in Westchester, was charged Thursday with four counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license, court records show. Richardson sold pills of the prescription drug Tramadol to undercover police officers March 17 and pills of a substance believed to be Tramadol Thursday, authoriteis allege. His bail was set at $40,000 in Kane County bond court, and his next court date is May 15.

Henderson, 23, of the 500 block of Franklin Avenue, South Elgin, was charged Thursday with retail theft after he took merchandise valued at less than $300, including headphones and an MP3 player, from a big box store in the 1100 block of South Randall Road in Elgin, court records show. His bail was set at $5,000 in Kane County bond court, and his next court date is May 15.
