Des Plaines city stickers on sale
Des Plaines vehicle and pet licenses for the fiscal year that begins July 1 are now on sale at city hall and various currency exchanges, officials said.
The licenses can be purchased at the city hall cashier's counter, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For residents who purchased city stickers last year and received a renewal form in the mail, officials recommend mailing back preprinted application forms. Payment envelopes must be postmarked by June 30.
A late fee will be applied after June 30 in the amount of 50 percent of the standard fee, and 100 percent after Aug. 1.
City hall is located at 1420 Miner St.
