Batavia 11, Larkin 2: After playing UEC River leader Batavia tough in two 3-2 losses on Saturday, the Royals fell hard on Tuesday. Johnny Avila was 2-for-3 for Larkin (6-12, 2-8), Brayden Royse had a double and an RBI and Jon Lenz drove in a run. Will King took the loss.
Waubonsie Valley 7, South Elgin 0: The Storm managed only singles by Nate Brummel, Mick Menken and Dane Toppel in this UEC Valley loss. Tyler Brown suffered the loss for South Elgin (6-6, 4-4).
