Schaumburg holds senior scam prevention class

The village of Schaumburg's Support Our Seniors Council will hold free Senior Scam Prevention presentations at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 29 in the Rasmussen Room South of the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

Caregivers and family members of senior citizens are encouraged to attend as well. Scheduled speakers include detectives from the Schaumburg Police Department Investigations Division.

Seniors needing transportation to either presentation can call Dial-A-Ride at (847) 352-8097, or Schaumburg Township for the daytime presentation only at (847) 882-1929.
