Hanover Park police to hold ART meetings

Hanover Park police are inviting residents to attend meetings next week with officers from their Area Response Teams.

The community policing initiative has officers working six patrol beats, or ART areas, in the village.

Police will field concerns from residents during the following meetings:

•Area 2 at 6 p.m.; Area 6 at 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 21

•Area 5 at 6 p.m.; Area 3 at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 23

•Area 1 at 6 p.m.; Area 4 at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 24

The meetings will be held in the Community Room at the department's headquarters, 2011 Lake St.

Police encourage residents to attend the session for their neighborhood. Maps of each area are available at Hpil.org.
