Michael Sebby's RBI single in the bottom of the fifth drove in the game-winning run for the Rams (6-5). Grant Greeno and Jack Tecson each had 2 hits for Glenbard West (4-3).

West Chicago 10, Elgin 0:

The Wildcats (5-1, 2-0) won the Upstate Eight Conference game in five innings thanks to a 4-for-4 day from Connor Dall, who also drove in 2 runs. Austin Kordik went 3-for-4 and Jon Michiels had 2 hits. Winning pitcher Fred Gosbeth allowed 1 hit and struck out six in 5 innings.

Glenbard South 11, Fenton 7:

The Raiders (7-1, 3-0) capped the Metro Suburban Conference sweep behind 3-hit performances by Alex McGimpsey and Andrew Wrona. Wrona, Will Cornwell and Tim Marks drove in 2 runs. Jacob Straza pitched into the seventh inning to earn the win. Johnny Geraci and Jax Castellanos had 2 hits apiece for Fenton.

Montini 16, Walther Christian 0:

Tyler Quick pitched a 1-hitter with 11 strikeouts and no walks for the Broncos (6-0, 3-0) in their five-inning Suburban Christian win. Jake Pestel went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI and Rhett Wojkovich homered.

Neuqua Valley 15, Streamwood 1:

Tyler Tesmond went 3-for-3 with a triple and Tyler Jaeger drove in 4 runs as the Wildcats (2-5, 1-1) cruised to the Upstate Eight victory. Mike Riesner, Nolan Hicks and Alex Wolanski had 2 hits apiece. Matt Peters scattered 4 hits in the 5-inning effort.

St. Francis 4, Chicago Christian 2:

The Spartans (8-2, 3-0) pulled out the Suburban Christian win by scoring all their runs in the bottom of the fourth. Zach Prociuk, Jack Ciombor and Chris Smith went 2-for-3. Matt Kelly earned the win and Jason Sullivan the save.

Willowbrook 8, Hinsdale Central 6:

Mike Rothmund doubled and tripled for the Warriors (5-2), who broke a 5-5 tie by scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the fifth in their West Suburban Conference crossover victory. Tyler Zunkel was the complete-game winning pitcher. Matt Bruns went 3-for-3 for Hinsdale Central (4-5).

York 13, Addison Trail 7:

Winning pitcher Anthony Santos, Nick Leone, Nick Potaczek and Kyle Coughlin each had 2 hits and combined for 8 RBI for the Dukes (4-6) in their West Suburban Conference crossover victory. Frank Amato drove in 3 runs for Addison Trail (1-6).

Downers North 13, Morton 7:

The Trojans (6-1) trailed 6-3 before scoring 6 runs in the top of the fifth of their West Suburban Conference crossover win. Myles Farley drove in 3 runs and Joe Provenzano added 2 RBI.

Downers South 13, Oak Park 5:

Joe Becht went 4-for-4 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI for the Mustangs (5-1), who rolled to the West Suburban Conference crossover victory. Zac Taylor went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI and Danny Oriente added 2 RBI. Ryan Jordan picked up the win.

Geneva 10, Metea Valley 7:

Ben Doiron and Mike Sfikas each had 2 hits for the Mustangs (2-3, 1-1) in their Upstate Eight Conference loss.

Rolling Meadows 8, Glenbard North 5:

The Panthers (6-3) fell despite 2 hits from Eric Orze, Alex Barrett and Jim Krippinger.

Hoffman Estates 8, Lake Park 4:

Anthony Gallina went 3-for-4 with a double and 2 RBI for the Lancers (3-4). James Palmer and Devin Rybacki had 2 hits.
