According to Chicago police, a 27-year-old employee at the Chicago Eye Institute noticed a camera lens in a toilet tank where part of the porcelain was chipped away. Upon further checking, the woman discovered a black camera.

Assistant State's Attorney Lorraine Scaduto says an inspection of a video disk found images of two other women in a female locker room near Weiss' Illinois Masonic Hospital office. Police said a fourth woman also appeared on the disk.

Defense attorney Aaron Goldstein said Weiss has practiced for 30 years.
