Dining events: LongHorn ushers in spring menu

LongHorn's new menu

LongHorn Steakhouse recently welcomed several new additions to the menu. Options include the crispy artichoke harvest appetizer, roasted golden beets on the side, grilled chicken farmers market bibb salad and blueberry lemon butter cake finished with vanilla cream sauce and topped with blueberries. Fresh mahi-mahi grilled and finished with a house-made coconut chili butter sauce, pineapple-ginger rice and topped with crisp sweet potato straws joins the menu at $18.99. Ricky B's opens at Woodfield

Ricky B's Prime Burger House, a concept by the owners of Chicago Chop House, recently opened at Woodfield Mall. Located on the upper level near JCPenney, the burger joint serves USDA-prime beef burgers, grilled entrees, sandwiches and salads. The full bar offers 80 beers, 20 of them on tap. Tuscany Wheeling's Passover dinner

Pick Tuscany's three-course prix fixe as your Passover dinner this year served on Monday and Tuesday, April 14-15. Appetizer choices are chopped liver, gefilte fish with horseradish, or golden chicken broth with matzo ball. Entree options are oven-roasted beef brisket, roasted half chicken or fresh broiled Lake Superior whitefish. A dessert tray includes honey cake, sponge cake and macaroons.
