Thanks for efforts regarding Brainerd

On behalf of all those who made itsanobrainerd.com effective, we thank you for your contributions and your support at the polls. Our goals were to increase awareness of the Brainerd Property Tax Increase Referendum, to serve as a source of complete information and to be as cost-effective in our efforts as possible.

In the interests of transparency, here is a report of our total income and expenditures: Our donors contributed $2016; our expenditures totaled $1741. Specific expenses: Printing and copying $1,188; distribution $367; domain purchase $60; merchant services $41.66; postage and fees $43.63; facilities rental $40.

The remaining funds, $275, will be contributed to the Libertyville Township Food Pantry.
