Glendale Heights club takes scholarship applications
The Glendale Heights Junior Woman's Club will award a $2,000 scholarship for the 2014-2015 school year in memory of one of its members, Susan E. Dees, who lost her battle to breast cancer in 2005.
Applications will be accepted from female residents of Glendale Heights who will be enrolled as a full-time student in college in the fall of 2014. Contact Annette Johnson at Glendaleheightswomansclub@outlook.com for additional information.
Scholarships applications and transcripts must be received no later than May 16. The scholarship will be awarded at the club's monthly meeting on June 4.
