Daily Herald report

Hanover Township is looking for nominations for its annual Principal of the Year award.

"Principals work to better the lives of our youth, which can often be a thankless service," township Trustee Howard Krick said in a news release. "This is a great opportunity to nominate these leaders in recognition for all the hard work they do in our children's schools."

Parents, students, school staff members, businesses and community groups can submit candidates from township-area schools. The administrators cannot nominate themselves.

Nomination forms are available at or at the Hanover Township Youth & Family Services office, 250 S. Route 59, Bartlett.
