The skinny: Will he or won't he? Well, Tuesday night we find out if 19-year-old Teuvo Teravainen makes his Blackhawks debut. All signs point to yes. The injection of the speedy center into the lineup might be just the boost the Hawks need after a rough home loss to Nashville on Sunday.

Dallas, which hosted Winnipeg on Monday night, has struggled lately but snapped a four-game losing streak with a 3-1 win against the Ottawa Senators on Saturday. The Stars have plenty of motivation as the regular season winds to an end: They entered Monday night just 2 points behind Phoenix for the second of two wild-card spots in the West.

Next: Boston Bruins at TD Bank Garden, 6 p.m. Thursday
