GREEN FORUM: Kay McKeen of SCARCE, March 23 at DuPage UU Church
Kay McKeen, executive director of SCARCE (School & Community Assistance for Recycling & Composting Education), will speak at DuPage Unitarian Universalist Church on Sunday, March 23, 9:30-10:30 am. She'll talk about SCARCE's activities, green at home and green in the news. Bring your questions. SCARCE has been a major force in environmental action in DuPage County for over 20 years. The event is free and open to the public. (In 2013, DUUC earned the Earth Flag from SCARCE and DuPage County for environmental sustainability.
