Elgin Public Works employee Bill Rodriguez clears the sidewalks in front of Festival Park in Elgin Wednesday after the Chicago area was hit by a mid-March snowstorm. The heavy snow slowed traffic and caused delays in the morning commute. "We are all tired of it (snow and cold) and we want to see spring" said Rodriguez.
