4 leaves romaine lettuce
½ lemon, peeled
½ apple, peeled
½ cup chopped pineapple, peeled and cored
½ cup basil
Put all the ingredients through a juicer. Alternative between harder foods like apple, and the pineapple, basil and romaine to help move everything through smoothly.
