Outlook: The Bulls caught the Spurs short-handed when they won 96-86 at San Antonio on Jan. 29. Now, Manu Ginóbili, Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green and Tiago Splitter all are back on the floor, and the Spurs (46-16) have won nine of their last 10 games. PG Tony Parker is the leading score at 17.8 ppg. About a month shy of his 38th birthday, Tim Duncan is averaging 15.5 points and 10 rebounds. Ex-Bull Marco Belinelli won the 3-point contest and is shooting 44 percent from long range on the season.
