"Lisa has been extremely focused and I can tell she really wants to learn how to get her health on track once and for all," says Joshua Steckler, Push Fitness owner and Lisa Jones Townsel's personal trainer.

"She's applying everything we've been discussing with both her nutrition and exercise, so her weight is dropping and we're already seeing strength gains," he says.

"Initially she was worried about how her body would hold up, but she has not made any excuses and she just keeps working harder.
