Parking Clarification for March 15 & 16 Sugar Bush Fair at Spring Valley

Parking for the Sugar Bush Fair at Spring Valley will be available at the District 54 Administration Building, 524 E. Schaumburg Road. Transportation will be provided to Spring Valley from this location.

The 30th annual event is set for 9 a.m. to noon, March 15 and 16 at Spring Valley, 1111 E. Schaumburg Road. The delicious outdoor breakfast that includes pancakes with maple syrup, sausage, juice and coffee is donated by Whole Foods Market. The maple sugar centric event will feature demonstrations of syrup making and sap collecting methods used by Native Americans and early pioneers, an authentic Chicago area Native American interpreter, children's puppet show, hayrides and syrup sales.

"Sugar Bush Fair is always a hit," said Dave Brooks, manager of nature conservation for the Schaumburg Park District. "Visitors of all ages enjoy seeing how maple syrup is collected and enjoy the delicious Whole Foods Market breakfast."
