Woodfield Mall hosts 'Diaper Derby' March 8

Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg will host its first Diaper Derby, an event featuring Chicago-area babies competing in a series of crawling contests, with the winners moving on to a grand finale.

The event will occur from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8 in the grand court inside the mall at Golf Road and Route 53.

Kids can enjoy activities before, during and after the races, including coloring, hands-on crafts, prize giveaways and more. The event also includes a diaper collection to benefit the Diaper Bank Partnership of Lake County.
