Hospital hosts blood drive:

Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital hosts a blood drive on Wednesday, March 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Prairie Room at the hospital, 450 West Highway 22 in Barrington. Anyone over the age of 16 and weighs more than 110 pounds is able to donate. Contact the LifeSource Medical Help Desk with questions at (847) 803-7921 or contact your primary care physician. Good Shepherd Hospital supports local blood drives throughout the year. Appointments are recommended, to schedule an appointment, contact LifeSource at (877) 543-3768 or visit www.lifesource.org. Save time and complete the questionnaire online the same day prior to donation. Print the bar code when complete, bring to the blood drive and the LifeSource staff will scan the answers.
