Gaunky to be promoted
Mundelein Fire Department Lt. Mark Gaunky will be appointed director of fire prevention at Monday's village board meeting. The session is set for 7 p.m. at the main fire station, 1000 N. Midlothian Road. A formal swearing-in ceremony is planned.
