• Charges are not evidence of guilt. Under law, individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Arlington Heights

• Thieves stole four tires and rims between midnight and 5 p.m. Feb. 19 from a 1998 Acura Integra sedan in apartment lot on the 1200 block of South Old Wilke Road. Value was estimated at $1,100.

• Burglars stole an iPad and cellphone between 7 and 8. m. Feb. 18 out of a 1997 Lexus sedan in a lot on the 500 block of North Dunton Avenue. Value was estimated at $1,200.

Bartlett

• Burglars stole three credit cards overnight Feb. 18-19 out of an open garage on the 1500 block of Spaulding Road and used one of the cards at a Walmart in Bloomingdale.

• Burglars ripped a window screen, opened the dining room window and a sunroom door and stole a TV around 1 p.m. Feb. 13 out of a home on the 300 block of Queens Parkway.

Buffalo Grove

• Two males entered a vehicle around 1:46 a.m. Feb. 11 on the 200 block of Rosewood Avenue, but nothing appears to be missing.

• Wendy Gonzalez, 19, of the 2000 block of Butrick Street, Waukegan, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Feb. 15 at Lake-Cook Road and Hastings and charged with transportation of liquor, DUI and traffic violations.

• Victor Moskalyuk, 36, of the 0-100 block of Villa Verde, Buffalo Grove, was arrested around 2:59 a.m. Feb. 16 at Arlington Heights and Dundee Roads and charged with endangering the life of a child, DUI and speeding.

Hanover Park

• Raylan Banks, 29, of the 700 block of Bayberry, Bartlett, was arrested on the 1500 block of Lake Street around 8:44 p.m. Feb. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving with license suspended.

• Anatacio Hernandez, 52, of the 1400 block of Greenview, Chicago, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at 7435 Barrington Road and charged with retail theft.

• Brandon T. Lockett, 24, of the 5700 block of Ring, Hanover Park, was arrested around 10:08 p.m. Feb. 15 on Greenbrook and Lake streets and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving with license suspended.

•Thieves stole an iPad out of an unlocked locker around 12:20 p.m. Feb. 14 at LA Fitness, 7650 Barrington Road.

• Andrew Lee Joiner, 44, of the 500 block of Lockwood, Chicago, was arrested around 7:49 a.m. Feb. 14 on the 7200 block of East Street and charged with attempted aggravated assault.

Hoffman Estates

• Burglars stole the in-dash radio/CD player valued at $50 between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 14 and 11:30 a.m. Feb. 15 out of a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis on Abbeywood Drive.

• Kathryn A. Williams, 31, of the 700 block of Crest Avenue, Schaumburg, was arrested around 11:38 p.m. Feb. 13 at Williamsburg and Stratham and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving with license suspended, no proof of insurance and transporting open alcohol. Her court date is March 31.

• Thieves stole a cellphone and jacket around 10:45 p.m. Feb. 14 after the owner left the jacket on a chair when he went to the washroom at Officials Time Out bowling alley, 2354 W. Higgins Road. Value was estimated at $950.

• A man was robbed around 7:40 p.m. Feb. 14 after he got out of a taxi at Governors Lane and Abbeywood Drive. A man holding either a gun or his fingers in his jacket pocket pointed it at the male victim, who gave the robber his cellphone valued at $400. The offender was described as a black male with dreadlocks down to his chin and wearing a white skull cap, black hoodie and red pants.

Schaumburg

• Jenny Lynn Tomasello, 27, of the 700 block of Pointe Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested around 3:41 p.m. Feb. 8 at Target, 1235 E. Higgins Road, and charged with theft. Reports said a security agent discovered that employee Tomasello had taken money from a cash drawer. Her court date is March 18.
