TAYLORSVILLE, Ind.- Police say two men have been arrested after a standoff at a central Indiana motel.

Bartholomew County sheriff's Maj. Todd Noblitt says state police led the standoff Monday morning at the Red Roof Inn near the Interstate 65 and U.S. 31 interchange at the town of Taylorsville.

Noblitt tells The Republic that the two men from Michigan were wanted on bank robbery charges.

Numerous police squad cars and a SWAT vehicle were at the motel about 30 miles south of Indianapolis.
