Woodland positive behavior night

Woodland Elementary District 50's Primary School will host a Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Family Night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19. The school is at 17366 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. The event is open to all primary students and their families. Activities will focus on making positive choices and building positive relationships at school and at home. Families will participate in a variety of activities that teach impulse control, sharing, taking turns, using kind words and other positive behaviors. PBIS is a positive behavior management initiative. The goal is to educate students on district behavioral expectations in order to maximize the academic success of all our students.
