Kane County

• Christopher R. Cannone, 27, of the 500 block of Ramone Avenue, Elgin, was charged with felony aggravated battery and two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery at 3:56 a.m. Feb. 5, according to a sheriff's report. Cannone is accused of pushing a woman he knew into the ground after towing her car after it became stuck in a snowbank in the 9N500 block of Nesler Road near Elgin.

• A Chevrolet Suburban, which had been reported stolen out of Indianapolis, was recovered at 8:51 a.m. Feb. 4 from the 45W500 block of Dietrich Road near Hampshire, according to a sheriff's report.

Elgin

• Sarah E. Bradley, 23, of the 11800 block of S. Union Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sunday with retail theft and possession of 2.5 grams or less of cannabis, court records show. Bradley took merchandise from a store in the 800 block of South Randall Road. Her bail was set at $10,000 and her next court date is Feb. 19.

• Gustavo Vasquez-Alcazar, 38, of the 100 block of South Porter Street, Elgin, was charged Sunday with aggravated battery and resisting or obstructing a police officer causing injury, court records show. His bail was set at $30,000 and his next court date is Feb. 19.
