Fifth-, sixth-graders have a blast on Valentine’s Day

The Schaumburg Park District will hold the fifth- and sixth-grade Valentine’s Day Blast from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Friday, Feb. 14, at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.

Participants, ages 10 to 12, will enjoy games, dancing and crafts. Children are encouraged to wear red attire and show off their Valentine’s Day spirit.

Parents must escort children in and out of the event. School District 54 dress code applies.

Cost is $16 per person.
