District 302 to offer first Parent Satisfaction Survey

Submitted by Kane Community Unit School District 302

Kaneland Community Unit School District 302 will conduct the district’s first Parent Satisfaction Survey this month.

The survey is part of a continued effort by Kaneland CUSD 302 to strengthen communications between schools and the community. From Feb. 6-18, parents will be asked to complete a satisfaction survey to help identify school strengths and areas for improvement.

“The Parent Satisfaction Survey will help us measure our effectiveness as a district,” said Kaneland Superintendent Dr. Jeff Schuler.

“We encourage all parents to participate, as the feedback gathered from this survey will spark discussion, guide improvement and impact district goal-setting.”

The survey was designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the district in the areas of teaching and learning, school climate, communication, technology and overall fulfillment of the Kaneland CUSD 302 mission to graduate all students college, career and community ready.

Survey administration officially begins Thursday, Feb. 6, and will continue through Tuesday, Feb. 18. Parents may complete the survey online. A link to the survey will be sent to all parents Feb. 6 and will be available on the Kaneland CUSD 302 website, www.kaneland.org.
